  • 7/13/2019-First meeting to establish a water safety organization in Charlie’s name
  • 6/22/2019- Friends of Charlie propose a fitting way to memorialize him with the suggestion of a water safety program for children
  • 6/14/2019- After completing the 6th stage of Hudson River swim Charlie goes under the water and dies of apparent cardiac event.
